Green Smoothie/Juice Fast!

So...I have done a 5 day juice fast before. I really felt great when I did it, but I know that I need to do something like that again to kick my health back into gear. I did pretty good with 1200 calories a day for a while, but got a little off track over the last couple weeks. I watched the documentary "Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead" this week and it is about a guy who decided to go on a 60 day juice fast. He drastically changed his life and also ended up inspiring someone else to change theirs with a 60 day juice fast too. It is not an easy task and the 5 days I did it before was hard. I wanted to do a 10 day fast of green smoothies and juice this month. BUT...I keep feeling like I NEED to do it for 30. That seems like a long time, but of all months...this month coming up (August) is the best month to do it for me. We don't have a holiday gathering, it's my last full month before going back full swing into work and markets and the kids are starting school which means we will be back into a routine. My mom has agreed to do a week to 10 days with me, but I haven't told her that I might do 30. I know that I "can" do this, but it is so hard to do! I will be watching a lot of documentarys over the next month :)
I plan on doing Green Smoothies with fruit and coconut water for bfast, vegetable broth around lunch time and blended soups for dinner. In between I will juice fresh fruit, drink lots of water and have some raw lemonade or tea. I am sure there are other things that I could do like...raw applesauce, almond milk'shakes' or sorbe?, but I need to make sure I am sticking to all liquids.
I plan on doing detox footbaths, infared sauna, B12 injections and light exercise as well. My goal in this is to lose 20lbs in 30 days. I have no doubt that it is possible. I just need to stick to it. I will try to blog my meals and hopefully people will even want to join me?! Here's to health.....
